Hello

I connect strategic thinking with the practical work of getting it done.

Many small businesses don't need another big plan on paper. They need someone who can look at the whole picture, decide what matters first, and then keep the work moving with the people involved.

That's where I come in: I look at your marketing, offer and customer journey, help you choose the next steps, and coordinate the specialists, contractors and workflows that carry them out.

Why clients trust me

  • 5+years in project management, marketing and client work
  • PMPand PRINCE2 Foundation certified
  • Top 1%Mentor on ADPList, recognised in 2024

Professional experience at — Roles I held as an employee, not clients of my consulting practice.

Sound familiar?

Where I usually come in

  1. “My marketing feels scattered.”

We look at what you're already doing, what your customers respond to, and what can wait. You leave with a short, ordered list of priorities instead of ten half-started ideas.

  2. “I have ideas, but no clear plan.”

I help you turn the ideas into a plan with steps, owners and dates — realistic for the time and people you actually have.

  3. “I'm spending too much time coordinating everything.”

I take on the coordination: briefing specialists and contractors, following up, and keeping tasks and deadlines in one place, so you can focus on running the business.

  4. “My website and customer journey need attention.”

I walk through the path a customer takes, from first visit to inquiry and purchase, and recommend concrete fixes to the website, the offer and how requests are handled.

About me

A strategic mind. A practical approach. A person you can work with.

My name is Olha Onyshchenko. My background brings together project management, digital marketing, client work and the coordination of business processes.

My career started in Ukraine, in digital and IT services, where I managed client projects and coordinated specialists. I then continued in Canada, at international agencies and large companies, including lululemon, iProspect and Merkle | Cardinal Path.

That path showed me how large organizations run their work — and what small businesses really deal with: limited resources, competing priorities, and the need to carry decisions all the way to execution.

Today I use that experience to help business owners build their marketing, organize their projects and coordinate the work.

What I bring

  • Structured thinking
  • Clear communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Working well with many kinds of specialists
  • Turning complex tasks into clear next steps
